Q. Can I view a history of your picks before joining?
A: Yes, all closed trade information is available after the positions are closed. Simply click on any Trade Alert, if the position is closed the entire trade will be visible. Only open trades are blocked to non-members. Remember, trade history began when we launched the service in October 2008.
Q: What information is provided?
A: We give you the stock symbol, option symbol, month, strike, number of contracts, target entry price and an exit strategy.
Q: How much money should I allocate for each position?
A: We recommend no more than 5%, however that may not be possible when you just start out. Please see our money management section for more information.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Visit the Paypal website directly and login.
- Click My Account.
- Click History at the top of the page.
- Select Subscriptions from the Show menu.
- Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
- Click Search.
- Click Details to view the details of a specific Subscription Creation.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription again.
Q. How does the money-back guarantee work?
A. You are entitled to an unconditional, full refund anytime within 30-days of subscribing to Trade Alerts. Refund requests made after the first 30-days will not be honored.
Q. How do I request my money-back guarantee refund?
A. Please contact us with a message that you would like a refund. Please include your username in your message. No reason is necessary. Please allow 5 business days for processing.
Q: What if I do not have a Paypal account?
